Our exchange policy:
I guarantee your satisfaction on every item I sell. If you want to exchange an item, simply send me an email or contact me directly by phone to explain which items you are returning and which new items you will need.  Additional charges for more expensive items will apply.  Additional shipping charges will also apply.  I will inform you of the amount of those additional charges and we can settle the amount by check or credit card.

Our return policy: 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If within 60 days of purchase, you decide you aren’t satisfied with any item, simply return it to me in resalable condition. It’s okay if you have used the item, as long as it is in good, resalable condition.  Please contact me directly by phone or email before you return any items.

For your protection, I suggest you return the product in a traceable manner, such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Or you can get a returned merchandise certificate from the US postal service for less than $1. If the value of the item is over $100, I suggest you insure it for the price you paid. Be sure to pack the item in the same manner you received it.

Once I receive the item in good condition I will refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.  If you paid by credit card, I will issue a refund to your credit card. If you paid by check, I will send you a check.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

No returns on custom colors or custom sizes.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
There will be a 70% restocking fee on Bronze caps, custom orders, and the glass sculptures.

No Returns after 60 days.
